[3.3.x] Support Forum • Create backup using Putty or Core FTP or phpBB ACP

Hi there,
I am trying to create a backup using one or all of these methods. If there is a better method than I will use it.
Putty
Core FTP
phpBB ACP

phpBB ACP directions
Option C: Via the phpBB ACP
1) In the ACP, go to the "maintenance" tab, then "Backup" under the "Database" group on the left hand selection column.
**** I do not see a "Database" group, all I have are admin log, Mode log, Error log.

Putty, I could not get it configured to connect.

Core FTP
I downloaded the FTP config file from bluehost cPanel and can login but I don't find the files listed in Article 1146.

Bluehost support wanted to create a backup for me and was not much help with the other options.
