Be aware that AI makes-up a lot of things. Just adding an input to a form does not make the data go anywhere. You would have to edit the memberlist.php to pick up the input and then add it to the email.I used the coding given by Ai. Everything worked. But when the Phone number textbox was added, the entered number is not arriving.
