Yes, the world will continue to spin ...
But I will not let some few tech companies on a hype train decide at which speed.
And I hope most people will use their brain and keep the focus on more important things.
Ah, the companies explain to us that we will use our worktime to be "creative" and let AI do the job.
It seems I have to tell you: dont let them fool you. The only thing a company is interested in is reducing the manpower, NOTHING ELSE. We can see that happen now, e.g. at SAP.
Humans need things to do, they need a meaning in life. A meaningful work as a good start.
With AI fixing this (you dont need AI for that by the way) you will get uniform, stupid and boring textmasses, without soul. AI will then, later on, decide if a text is correct and if not will correct as its algrithms "thinks" it should be. That can and WILL lead to a lot of wrong information.

And you think that is a good thing? And it will. In 10-15 years.

Sometimes you WANT a typo, sometimes a typo is funny, AI cannot decide that, AI has no humor.E.g. typo fixing is something my moderators do not want to spend time on.
